Ambient-type lights not obeying Illumination Lists

I think I've discovered another bug: Ambient-type lights aren't aware of their Illumination Lists. Even if Animator reflects their use in the viewports, Camera doesn't.

I'll post a sample in the bug list.

(argh, I thought I was posting this in the Bugs subforum. Sorry :()
