#30 » Crash while clicking green triangle in frame mode of prj-window

Posted by Tomas Egger on 01 March 2012 - 02:00 AM

1. Create new project
2. load a fact or add an Übershape
3. save project (!)
4. in Animator open the project window "cmd + L"
5. click the gray triangle left next to the model to see the channels (Visibility, X-Form, Material,...)
6. switch to frame mode in the project window
7. Now we want, that the model is invisible for frame # 1.
To do so, click in the visibility channel of frame #1 (currently its state is "On"),
the editable field becomes active (the field where you see/edit normaly the name of the model)
8. In this field select the word "On" and type "Off" (so that the visibility of frame#1 is invisible)
Now the important part:
when the green triangle (this makes the model animatable) is off or not set, the whole visibility
channel would change to "Off" when you hit enter. But we want only the first frame to be invisible.
So we have to set the model to animatable by clicking the green triangle.
But: when the curser is still blinking in the edit field (shows that you dont hit enter yet) and you
now click the green triangle -> boom, Animator crashes with this message:

Here is the link to the crash report from OSX:
